AP Group Course — Academic Year 2026/2027
At EIGHT HUNDRED SAT Institute, AP preparation is not a course. It is a year-long academic commitment — structured, supervised, and built around the student’s individual path.
Each subject runs across a full academic year — 90 hours, 60 classes, two semesters — designed not to cover the curriculum, but to master it.
The Academic Year
First Semester opens in July and carries through to December, with two intake windows across the semester.
First Semester
1st Intake — 4 July to 22 August 2026
2nd Intake — 21 November to 23 December 2026
Second Semester follows in the new year, taking students through to April — the month that matters most.
Second Semester
1st Intake — In-House Students (Doha Campus): 2 January to 16 January 2027
1st Intake — Online Students: 9 January to 14 February 2027
2nd Intake — 13 March to 10 April 2027
A note for in-house students: the first two weeks of the Second Semester take place on campus in Doha. Attendance during this period is a required part of the program.
Your Family Academic Advisor
From the moment registration is complete, your family is assigned a dedicated Academic Advisor — not a coordinator, not a helpline, but a single, named person who knows your child’s goals, monitors their progress, and keeps you informed at every stage of the year.
Your advisor will meet with you 4 to 5 times across the academic year, build a study plan tailored to your child’s targets, and ensure you always have a clear, honest picture of where they stand — in attendance, in effort, and in results.
Our Standard
Every seat in our program is earned. We review each student’s academic record before acceptance, and we hold that standard throughout the year. Attendance, commitment, and active participation are not optional — they are the foundation of everything we do here.
Students who are not meeting our expectations at the end of the First Semester will not be invited to continue.
This is not a program for everyone. It is a program for students who are ready.
